“La Lettura” is a sculpture made from Pietra Bianca di Vicenza (for the statue) and Fior di Pesco Carnico® (for the bench). This particular marble comes from the worldwide quarry in Forni Avoltri (UD), exclusively exploited by Margraf. The work translates a common, daily action into a solid, eternal representation. It is the result of handicrafts and high-technology: The statue was entirely chiselled and painted by hand whilst the bench has been obtained from a monolith marble block using a cutting-edge shaper thread.
