Role Description

The selected candidate will join the administration department and will be responsible for managing administrative activities, ensuring the proper execution of administrative and accounting processes, and contributing to the efficient operation of the department.

Responsibilities and activities

  • General ledger entries (journal posting);
  • Recording of supplier invoices (accounts payable);
  • Management and recording of incoming payments (account receivable);
  • Agents management (ENASARCO contributions and commission calculation);
  • Maintenance of customer and supplier due date schedules (aging reports);
  • Treasury management;
  • Adiministrative compliance activities (e.g. F24 tax forms, expense reports management, electronic invoicing portal, Intrastat reporting, online banking transaction and inquiries);
  • Occasional switchboard/reception duties.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping and basic accounting principles;
  • Accounting diploma (Diploma in Accounting / Bookkeeping);
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
  • Accuracy and team-oriented mindset;
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy;
  • Flexibility and goal-oriented approach.
