Palazzo della Luna

Overview

Fisher Island is an exclusive private island facing Miami’s famous South Beach, accessible only to residents and guests by sea via ferry or private yacht. Ranked by Bloomberg as “America’s Richest Zip Code”, Fisher Island is a private tropical oasis where luxury and tranquillity blend perfectly with the beautiful scenery of white sand beaches and the crystal blue Atlantic Ocean.

The island’s newest residential complex, Palazzo della Luna, recently launched sales and has already achieved several thanks to buyers around the world looking for the best in quality and location. The 10-story boutique ultra-luxury building includes 50 exclusive residences, ranging from 350 sqm to 950 sqm, all with huge terraces, private elevator entry, gourmet kitchens and luxuriously appointed master and secondary bathrooms. Following the success of the previous partnership at sister property, Palazzo del Sol, the developer, PDS Development, LLC, has entrusted the construction work to ASR Construction and, to make the interior spaces unique and even more exclusive, has again selected Margraf as the sole supplier of marble for all bathroom environments and home spas.

Thanks to its privileged position right where the bay meets the ocean, Palazzo della Luna affords owners resplendent views of the Atlantic Ocean, South Beach, Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline. The range of amenities and services offered to owners includes: a waterfront butler-serviced aperitivo bar and lounge, private movie theater, hair and make-up salon, massage and treatment rooms, state-of-the-art fitness center, Kidville children’s playroom, business center, Sunrise and Sunset pool with his spa cabana, plus multi-lingual concierge service, valet parking and more. The amenities found across the rest of the island are numerous and include golf, tennis, fine dining, two marinas, an aviary and even a private school.

Palazzo della Luna’s architect is the Miami-based Kobi Karp with landscape architecture by the renowned Enzo Enea. The interior amenities have been curated by leading New York-based design firm Champalimaud Design who has reinterpreted the concept of the classic building, combining traditional elegance with modern aesthetics. The use of natural and everlasting materials, such as Margraf’s fine marble in the bathrooms, creates a sense of uniqueness and fluidity. A total of 1,500 sqm of expertly selected marbles with special silk finish, cut to measure and laid in book-match style, is the main highlight of these bathrooms, each different from the other, created by the Vicenza-based company according to customer specifications.

By providing not only fine marble and natural stone, but above all, consulting and design services of the highest level, Margraf continues to reaffirm its position as a partner of excellence in the international luxury residential building sector.
