Job Description:

For our facility in Badia Calavena (VR), we are looking for a motivated Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of mechanical equipment within the production plant.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery, equipment, and mechanical systems;
• Promptly identify and resolve mechanical faults and anomalies;
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient equipment operation and the operational continuity of production lines;
• Carry out periodic inspections of mechanical components and transmission systems;
• Perform post-maintenance quality checks to ensure compliance with company standards;
• Keep technical documentation and maintenance reports up to date;
• Collaborate with external suppliers for the purchase of spare parts and materials needed for maintenance.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics;
• Ability to read technical/mechanical drawings;
• Good manual skills and ability to use workshop tools;
• Ability to diagnose and resolve faults efficiently;
• Good communication skills and team spirit.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in mechanical maintenance within industrial environments;
• Vocational qualification or technical diploma (mechanics/mechatronics or equivalent);
• Basic knowledge of electrical maintenance.
