Brickell Flatiron

Margraf marbles embellish the tallest skyscraper in downtown Miami: Brickell Flatiron

Brickell Flatiron is a futuristic new building in Miami by CMC Group, the real estate developer founded by Ugo Colombo. Located at 1000 Brickell Plaza (Miami, FL 33130), it features a design by Revuelta Architecture International that has revolutionized the skyline of the American city, along with interior design by architect Massimo Iosa Ghini.
The 64-story tower in the central Brickell district is an icon of Italian design and style. Margraf marble and modular tiles adorn all of the deluxe apartments, the penthouse suite, the lobby, the public spaces and the Sky Spa.
In recent years, Miami has experienced significant redevelopment that has transformed it from a holiday destination into a cosmopolitan city.
At 224 metres, the new high-rise building is the tallest construction in the city. It contains 527 units and has a Spa on the 64th floor. Margraf’s Botticino Fiorito Light and Bianco Statuarietto marble tiles have been used in the spacious residences, where curved shapes prevail.
Bespoke interior design schemes will be used in all of the apartments, with superior Italian furniture and finishes. The different areas of the homes are designed to offer residents a blend of comfort, luxury and beautiful, unique qualities.
The curved lines from the exterior of the building are recreated in the lobby, where natural light shines through large floor-to-ceiling windows. A spellbinding touch is added by a Zebrato fireplace and book-match style flooring made of Palissandro, which is also used to clad the reception desk. Zebrato and Striato Elegante marble were used for the flooring and the façade outside.
Brickell Flatiron’s crowning glory is the Sky Spa, which boasts all-round views of Miami. As well as a pool with 360° views, there is a health and fitness centre with treatment services, a private steam room, a sauna and changing facilities. An eye-catching role is played in these heavenly surroundings by Bianco Siberia in the relaxation water lounge, Pietra Ducale in the outdoor pool and Bianco Venezia in the spa.
