Over 3,000 sqm of Margraf marble in the exclusive Bay Harbor neighborhood of Miami, for Onda, a new luxury boutique residence

Onda is a new luxury boutique residence in the exclusive Bay Harbor neighborhood of Miami, designed by architect Bernardo Fort-Brescia of Arquitectonica and, for interior design, by Studio A++.

The 8-story building, inspired by the colors and waves of the sea, comprises 41 exclusive residences, all featuring lush private gardens, spacious terraces with views of the city and the Caribbean, and private elevators. The rooftop pool, with a tropical garden designed by architect Enzo Enea, offers a 360° panoramic view of the city and the bay.
Inside, the best of ‘Made in Italy’ takes center stage with over 3,000 square meters of Margraf Bianco Statuarietto marble—large-format slabs with an ultra-thin 1 cm thickness and a polished finish—making the space unique and highly distinctive. The bathroom becomes an oasis of personal well-being, a true private spa, enhanced by the timeless beauty of the marbles from the Vicenza-based company.
