Overview

火焰面是一种热处理过程，通过氧气和燃气（丙烷或类似）处理。 火焰以高温（2500-3000°C）作用于待处理表面，之后在约600°C下完成热冲击；与立即表面水冷相搭配，能够造成膨胀效果，石英和硅成分发生热裂。
